Baichuan Advertising Operations Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how 东莞市百川电子商务有限公司 ("we," "us," or "our") handles information through Baichuan Advertising Operations, a private application used only by the account owner for its own Amazon advertising operations. The application is not offered to external customers.
Information we process
When the account owner authorizes the application, we may process:
- Amazon advertising account and profile identifiers;
- campaign, ad group, advertisement, keyword, audience, and targeting settings;
- budgets, bids, delivery status, and other campaign-management data;
- advertising reports and performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, spend, and attributed results;
- product identifiers associated with advertising activity; and
- authorization, request, security, and audit metadata needed to operate and protect the application.
The application is not designed to collect payment-card details, government-issued identity documents, Amazon account passwords, or buyer communications.
How we use information
We use this information only to:
- authenticate authorized access to the Amazon Ads API;
- retrieve and analyze the account owner's advertising performance;
- prepare reports and support owner-approved advertising operations;
- monitor reliability, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot errors, and maintain audit records; and
- comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to Amazon as required to use Amazon services and to authorized technology service providers that process data solely under the account owner's instructions for hosting, processing, security, or maintenance. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the application, the account owner, or others.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, audit, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Authorization credentials are kept separately and are revoked or replaced when access is no longer required or a security risk is identified.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process, including access controls, encrypted storage, network isolation, monitoring, and restricted credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices
The account owner can stop future access by revoking the application's Amazon authorization. Revocation does not automatically delete information already retained for the limited purposes described in this notice. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to the contact address below.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the application's data practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
